Pirogy Noodle

Flour

1 Small (8 Oz). |
Sour Cream
|
2 |
Egg Yolks
|
2 Tsp. |
Butter
|
1 T. |
Salt
|
Filling |
Mashed Potatoes
|
Filling |
Farmers Cheese
|
Filling |
Cabbage
|
Filling |
Kibalse
|

Instructions:
|

Mix all Together.
Roll each one out fill with Potatoe / Cheese, Steamed Cabbage & Kibalse or Prunes.
Can roll out large sections of noodle dough and cut into 2x2 Squares.
Fold over and pinch shut good.
Drop in boiling water for approximately 5 minutes, move to frying pan and saute onions, butter with Pirogy.
