Ingredients:


OG = 1.044 - 1.048
FG = 1.008 - 1.012
3.3 lbls Plain Light Malt Extract
2 lbs Plain Light DME
12 Oz. Crushed Carapils Malt
1 Oz Tettnanger Hops (Bittering)
1 Oz Saaz Hops (Finishing)
Irish Moss (1tsp.)
5 Oz. Priming Sugar (Corn)
Pilsner Lager Yeast
Directions: A Refreshing Pilsner
Place crushed crystal malts in water and steep at 155° F for 30 Minutes. Remove spent grains, add malt extracts and Bittering hops, and boil for 1 hour, adding the Finishing hops and Irish moss during the last 5 minutes.  Cool wort and pitch yeast.
Substitutions
